Drink (Galerie Tangente, Liechtentsein)
Glass drinking vessels filled with black, white, and yellow liquid cover the floor of the gallery, inviting the public to enter into a dialogue about the language of difference constructed within and without the space. Accompanying the installation is a soundtrack of various recordings of water from Liechtenstein heard over the beeping mnemonic of my heartbeat. The show changes as the liquid evaporates and is replenished over time.
